Grape harvest begins in late September – early October when they have large accumulation of sugars (approx. 260 g/l). Our winemaker selected a vineyard over 60 years old that provide grapes of the highest quality as to obtain this wine with unique personality. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures (10-14˚C) to preserve fresh and intense flavors of the achieved wine.
Straw yellow color, strong aromas of jasmine, elderflower and pear. With a good balance of fruit and floral aromas, good acidity and a pleasant, slightly sweetness, impresses both amateurs and professionals with its complexity. It is evolving with intense floral aromas in the aftertaste.
It may be associated with fruit-based desserts, cheese or chocolate. Serving temperature: 10-12˚C.
