Vinification The classic fermentation was used to make these wines with a minimum of 20 days fermentation on the skins. All five of the noble grape varieties we used in this blend were matured in oak barrels for no less than 12 months. Our winemaker selected only the best barrels to make Noble V. Each variety has its own unique characteristic which gives this wine it’s complexity and nobility. This blend took over five months to complete before our winemaker was satisfied with it. Tasting notes In a blend an oenologist unites the strengths and weaknesses of a variety inversely proportional to the strengths and weaknesses of another variety, but not to cover defects but to improve existing skills and especially to create a unique wine. Noble 5 is an intense ruby red wine with an rare aromatic complexity and taste. Blackcurrant, cherry and cherry jam flavors are going hand in hand with woody notes from oak barrel. The taste is spectacular, when you think you understand a new flavor appears. Feel of the papillae immediately tells you it's a slippery wine: fullness, vivacity, corpulent but soft tannins. Food pairing Dishes based on duck, beef and lamb accompanied by fruit sauces. Serving temperature: 18 - 20˚C.

    Vinification particularities
Following the success of Shiraz (red wine) achieved from 2011 and 2012 harvest and after reaching a certain level of maturity of these vineyards, Budureasca releases the first Syrah Rose from 2013 harvest. The grapes are carefully handled into last generation presses in order to preserve the most important aromas of the achieved must. The grapes for this wine come from two different plots: one with southern positioning and the other with southwest positioning, so they could get pleasant, intense aromas and high acidity which provides freshness of wine for a long time.

ORIGIN: The wine is prepared entirely from grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Feteascǎ Neagrǎ, varieties coming from the Dealu Mare which is the homeland of red wines in Romania, the seventh largest country producer of grapes in the world. WINE MAKING PROCESS: After hand-harvesting at an average of 25°Brix, the grapes were desteemed and crushed.
